In-Person Sessions:
Carolyn has access to a couple different studios in the River North area of Chicago, IL. One is a more intimate space whereas the other is a traditional gym setting.
Locations: 222 W. Huron St. or 314 W. Superior St. in Chicago, IL
Virtual Sessions:
Technology has made it so that coaching can be conducted and received anywhere!
Virtual Coaching is treated similarly to in-person coaching. The session will be entirely guided by Carolyn via video chat.
Single Sessions:
A one-time consultation providing clients with guidance on their own exercise program. This includes a 60-min virtual session and a follow up email providing any appropriate recommendations, exercises and video links.

Online Coaching is for those committed to working out on their own yet need professional guidance to progress their program and stay accountable.
All exercises come with demo videos to enhance the client’s learning ability. Communication is administered directly through a fitness app or spreadsheet. Client’s will have daily access to Carolyn during her working hours.
4-Week Starter Plan:
Recommended for all first-time clients before progressing to other programs.
Program includes one 60 minute assessment via video chat, customized weekly workouts, one 60-min check-in anytime during the month, unlimited exercise form reviews, personalized dashboard to record workouts and track progress and ongoing support through the app and/or via email.
12-Week Progression Program:
For existing clients and those who have gone through a movement assessment with Carolyn.
Program includes one 60 minute virtual session each month (3 total), customized weekly workouts, unlimited exercise form reviews, personalized dashboard to record workouts and track progress and ongoing support through the app and/or via email.
Single Sessions:
A one-time consultation providing clients with guidance on their own exercise program. This includes a 60-min virtual session and a follow up email providing any appropriate recommendations, exercises and video links.

Individual coaching is a powerful partnership where we work together to engage your goals and optimize your life. Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes via phone or Zoom, based on your preference.
Coaches work with clients to improve relationships, transition into new careers, meet fitness and wellness goals, improve financial well-being, and develop stress management techniques.
4-Week Starter Plan:
Recommended for all first-time clients before progressing to other programs.
Regular weekly scheduling (up to 4 sessions) is generally recommended but is ultimately determined based on what will be most supportive to you.
12-Week Signature Plan:
Recommended for existing clients ready to commit to a lifestyle change.
Includes 6 virtual wellness coaching sessions and ongoing email and text support.
Single Session:
Recommended as a follow-up session after specific plan has been completed.

These personalized sessions are conducted through video chat or in-person, catering to individuals who are already committed to their fitness journey and seeking expert guidance on advancing their workout routines or managing new health considerations.
